How to organize the packaging area Maximize effectiveness: Ensure all the items are easy to reach. Use drawers and trays to keep the area well organized. Use standard labels to identify sizes and drawer contents quickly. Regularly check there is enough stock of each size to avoid shortages. If there is enough space, prepare a few boxes in advance (prebuilt boxes with ready-folded tissue paper etc.).

Wrapping steps

Check the product’s condition: it must always be perfect!
Remove protections. To learn more, please see the Product preparation section.
Remove the price tag.
Verify the presence of the QR-code card.
Polish: put accessories in place (e.g., shoulder straps), clean metal parts, lenses (sunglasses), cases and crystals (watches), button or zip up the garments and ensure they are ironed.

For items not included in the packaging guidelines by product category, please arrange a beautiful wrapping using FENDI’s official packaging tools. Luxury packaging provides more than physical protection. It is an integral part of the shopping experience and plays a lead role in communicating the brand’s identity. Packaging objectives: Protect the item: Select a cotton pouch/tissue paper/box/stickers/shopping bag, etc., based on the size and nature of the item to avoid rubbing and scratching and reduce wrinkles on garments. Make transportation easy: Choose a box and/or shopping bag that perfectly fits the item and avoids movement inside the packaging. Keep the packaging light and do not over stuff. Maintain the FENDI image: Only use tools that are clean and in perfect condition. No matter how big or small, the presentation and delivery of the item must fulfil FENDI quality and standards. Enhance the client experience: since the packaging is a crucial element of the shopping experience, anticipate the unboxing and unwrapping process: every action should be smooth to provide maximum satisfaction in exchange for minimal intervention.

How to wrap product with tissue paper? Bags and Shoes – Wrap the product with tissue paper inside the Fendi box.

Place the tissue paper in the box and ensure the FENDI logos are on the outer side of the paper.
Place the product inside the box and ensure the FENDI logo is well centred on the cotton pouch.
Fold the tissue paper, and make sure the line is well centred.
Close the tissue paper with one well-centred FENDI Roma sticker.

❗ Only for LG: If needed, tissue paper could be added to stuff the box.

Fold the RTW piece with tissue paper inside.
Wrap the folded RTW with tissue paper and a sticker, make sure FENDI logos are on the outer side of the paper and that the line is well centered.
